Price Rise Announcement 2022
We have been informed by BOSE of the unprecedented prolonged global challenges of COVID-19 impacting supply chains and slowing the flow of finished goods to customers, BOSE has re-examined the impact on its business. Key silicon chips and other components within the products have seen significant cost increases and are in a global shortage, causing production delays. Meanwhile, shipping and transit times have seen normalizing yet are challenged by the shortage of labour to process inbound and outbound shipments fast enough. BOSE has focused all its resources to maintain production while shielding its valued customers from the effects of these challenges, but unfortunately, the financial impact has reached a point where a modest price increase is unavoidable. In addition to the recent wars causing demand hike in USD, there will be a price increase on the installed products and a lesser increase on portable products. Price increases will take effect on October 1st, 2022 (inclusive). We greatly appreciate your understanding in these extraordinary circumstances and value your support as much as ever.
